Cinis ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cinis mobile application and the website at cinis.xyz. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and password (hashed). You may optionally provide demographic information during onboarding.
User-generated content. Values, goals, actions, daily reflections, mood entries, mission statements, and financial planning inputs you choose to enter.
Third-party integrations. If you connect Google Calendar, Plaid, or WHOOP, we receive data from those services on your behalf (calendar events, financial transactions, or health metrics). We store OAuth tokens securely and only access the scopes you authorize.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, performance). No personal data is sent to Vercel Analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enabled, meaning only you can access your own records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens for third-party integrations are stored server-side in Supabase Edge Functions and are never exposed to the client.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Cinis is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website.
